How Soon Can I Start Training My Labrador After Spaying?

My friend and I want to get our labs spayed for several reasons. We are worried about their training afterwards. They both are trained hunting dogs. How long will it be until we can start back training them after they get spayed?
I fully support spaying and neutering so I’m glad you’re getting it done. Now as for training you should wait at least a week before you get back to anything hard core. If you’re concerned though talk to the vet and they’ll be able to give you more information about the healing process and how soon you can get back to your normal training routine.
