With EMBARK, no cooking is required! YOU can get your Lab’s food ready quickly and easily, with nothing more than warm water. It is best not to add boiling water to EMBARK as you will destroy many of the enzymes & nutrients it contains. You simply add warm water and stir well. At first, EMBARK will look like a soup, but after you let it stand for 10 minutes minimum, the ingredients rehydrate. I liked the fact that the makers of EMBARK are not offering this as the absolute, perfect and complete Dog Food in and of itself. That is a product that cannot exist, since dogs’ needs vary. They suggest that you can still add your own raw meat, meaty bones, cooked meat, or other ingredients, if you wish.

YOU probably know what I did not - that after processing, commercial kibbles lose 100% of certain vitamins and 60% of amino acids. Inferior pet foods and increasing environmental hazards are taking a toll on our pets and hunting companions!
